Learn How to Grow Your Hair Faster

Don’t Brush Wet Hair
Brushing wet hair is one of the most damaging things you can do, as it stretches and breaks the fragile strands.
To prevent tangling with wet hair, your best option is to condition well after shampooing, then run your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through it and leave it to dry naturally. As much as possible, you should avoid messing with your hair while it’s wet. That includes vigorous towel drying and especially twisting or wringing it. Wrap your wet hair in a towel, then press gently to absorb water. Hold off on styling until your hair is completely dry.
 Avoid Heat Treatments
Flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers are almost mandatory when it comes to styling hair, but unfortunately, that styling comes with high temperatures that fry and dry your hair, making it brittle and easy to break.
Avoid using these heat-powered tools whenever possible, and if you must use them, adjust the heat to the lowest setting.
Cut Your Hair
It seems like the exact opposite of what you should do, but cutting your hair helps to keep hair healthy so that it grows longer and stronger.
The ends of the hair shaft get dried out and brittle and have a tendency to split, and that split can continue to move up the length of the hair shaft. Split hair doesn’t just look bad; it’s weak and unhealthy, making it prone to break. Keeping the ends trimmed prevents breakage, allowing hair to grow longer.
Boost Your Protein Intake
Keratin is a protein that is the main building block of hair, so it stands to reason a keyo strong hair growth is getting plenty of protein. The best options are lean proteins, like turkey, chicken, fish and egg whites, as well as nuts and legumes.
Condition
Conditioning your hair is vital for it’s health, and simply conditioning after shampooing isn’t sufficient. Leave-in conditioners should also be a part of your hair care routine, and you should use a deep conditioner at least once every month.

Using good hair conditioners will keep your hair hydrated, which prevents breakage that dry hair is so prone to.
Switch Up Your Hair Washing Routine

While we all know it’s necessary to wash our hair, washing it too often or with water that’s too hot can give us trouble when we’re trying to grow it long. Many of us wash our hair every day with super hot water, thinking that’s what’s necessary to remove excess oil – but we’re actually over-drying our hair.
Drink Plenty Of Water
Speaking of hydrated, your hair won’t be hydrated if you aren’t! Make sure you’re drinking your 8 cups of water, eight times a day to keep hair from being dry and dull. You’ll have less breakage, leading to longer hair.
